The importance of F2F classes
The Importance of Face to Face Classes
We’ve only one week to go before we’ll be back to face to face classes in the park and Debbie and I can’t wait to welcome you back. Not sure I’m looking forward to the 6.45am start on Mondays and Fridays but seeing the sun rise is a nice start to the day.
You may question why we need to go back to meeting face to face, after all we’ve managed on line for the past year. Rolling out of bed 5 minutes before logging on and in the shower 5 minutes after! Here’s some reasons to join us in the park.
Human beings are sociable animals and interacting with each other gives us a boost. You can engage in a conversation with people at the beginning and end of the sessions far more than when on zoom.
Vitamin D is needed to keep bones, muscles and teeth healthy and many people are lacking in this vitamin. One of the best ways to get vitamin D is being outside in the sun, at a fitness class.
Debbie and I pay careful attention to how you execute exercises but we cannot correct technique as easily on line. Being face to face means we can correct exercise technique and check that you are getting the most out of your workouts.
Exercise with Someone
Plan to attend a class with someone, you’re more likely to turn up. This makes you more accountable and you can even go and grab a take away coffee after.
Throughout lockdown lots of people have struggled with mental health issues. We know that exercise releases endorphins to help with depression and anxiety as well as all the other health benefits.
Face to face classes kick off on Monday 19th April with Bootcamp at 6.45am at Broomcroft Road Play Park in Pewsey, Emma would love to see. For a full timetable of classes visit: www.healthilytoned.com/fitness-classes
