We offer a range of fitness classes and personalised support to anyone who wants to get in shape, lose weight, increase their fitness level, and lead a healthy lifestyle. I am also a Personal 1:1 Trainer so if you’re serious about getting in shape and want personalised advice please get in touch! My live Zoom classes run online from my studio in Burbage near Marlborough, Wiltshire, and outdoors in and around Pewsey.

I’m Debbie and I am a personal trainer and fitness coach based near Pewsey and Marlborough in Wiltshire, UK.
I’m passionate about helping women feel that we all have the power to change and become fitter, stronger and healthier – physically and emotionally.
My online HIIT (high intensity interval training), Kettlercise and Stretch & Tone classes are open to everyone, anywhere – I’ve got something to suit all body types and abilities!
I also run courses aimed at getting you back into good habits or completely transforming your current lifestyle.
Having lost 15 kg/2.5 stone myself after turning 50, I know how much we can achieve by eating great nutritious food and exercising, and building up our strength to handle different life stages including childbirth, (peri-)menopause and aging.
So if you’re looking for friendly, fun and effective fitness classes, and/or a course to help you get fit quick, I’m your woman!
Welcome to Amanda McFarlane who is now a qualified Kettlecise Instructor.
Amanda has been coming to classes for over four years and found that she particularly enjoyed the Kettlebells classes.
With my backing Amanda recently attended an accredited Kettlercise course in Bristol with Mike Charwood who is a Senior Instructor with Kettlecise Seminars UK.
The course focussed on core kettlebells techniques, with time spent understanding and practising the methods required to teach Kettlecise before an Instructor Assessment took place.
Amanda has a martial arts background and is a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Goju Rhu Karate. She trained as an Instructor with Sensei Hair at NRG Martial Arts, based at Marlborough College.
Martial Arts instruction includes fitness and strength training, along with a focus on flexibility.
Amanda also taught students of all ages katas and some martial arts weapon handling.
Amanda’s weapon of choice being the Bokken (sword). She still enjoys martial arts and has recently been attended Kick Boxing classes with a local club.
Amanda's very excited about supporting Debbie with classes and looking forward to delivering classes to all the great people that train with Healthily Toned.
I'm Sophy and I am, amongst other things, a personal trainer.
I have attended fitness class for over 30 years and have a particular love of circuit training and flexibility classes, having begun with a ballet background.
Before moving into personal training I taught PE for many years at both St Peters School and Marlborough St Marys Primary School. I specialised in using physical development to create and improve neural pathway connections, and so enhance academic learning.
I have continued to play competitive sport since school and now coach hockey and teach swimming too.
I have to confess to a paddle boarding obsession and have spent my summer trying to combine it with yoga. It is a work in progress !
Jasmine is an experienced Kettlercise Instructor in Wiltshire, who joined the Healthily Toned team in September 2020.
In addition to Kettlercise, Jasmine is a qualified Ski & Snowboard Instructor who loves to spend her time on the slopes whenever possible.
