I’m Debbie and I am a personal trainer and fitness coach based near Pewsey and Marlborough in Wiltshire, UK.

I’m passionate about helping women feel that we all have the power to change and become fitter, stronger and healthier – physically and emotionally.

 

My online HIIT (high intensity interval training), Kettlercise and Stretch & Tone classes are open to everyone, anywhere – I’ve got something to suit all body types and abilities!

 

I also run courses aimed at getting you back into good habits or completely transforming your current lifestyle.

Having lost 15 kg/2.5 stone myself after turning 50, I know how much we can achieve by eating great nutritious food and exercising, and building up our strength to handle different life stages including childbirth, (peri-)menopause and aging.

So if you’re looking for friendly, fun and effective fitness classes, and/or a course to help you get fit quick, I’m your woman!

Emma Wheeler

Fitness Coach & Personal Trainer

I’m Emma and I’m a personal trainer, group exercise teacher and certified PE specialist based in Hilcott, near Pewsey in Wiltshire.

I successfully built up my own exercise business in Surrey before we moved as a family to Wiltshire in 2019, where I discovered Debbie's classes. I'm delighted to be joining Debbie as a Healthily Toned coach from September 2020.

I cater for people of all ages and abilities, with different health and fitness goals in mind.  I can help you to lose weight, tone up, train for a marathon, increase your confidence and ultimately feel great about yourself.  

 

I believe fitness should be fun and it's my job to be there, motivating you to reach your goals. Everyone is different and likes to train in different ways and I’ll tailor my workouts to suit you.


My outdoor Circuit Training, 7am Bootcamp, Barbells (coming soon), and my online Core Workout classes are open to everyone.

 

And if you've got little ones, come and try out my outdoor Buggy Workout class! Having had five children of my own I understand how hard it is to get back into shape.

 

Whatever your personal fitness goals are, you can trust me to help you along the journey with good nutrition, exercise, fun and tailor-made support!

Jasmine Brown

Kettlercise Instructor

Jasmine is an experienced Kettlercise Instructor in Wiltshire, who joined the Healthily Toned team in September 2020.

In addition to Kettlercise, Jasmine is a qualified Ski & Snowboard Instructor who loves to spend her time on the slopes whenever possible.

I have morning and evening classes to suit your lifestyle, and occasionally classes throughout the day which are great to attend before the school run or on a lunch break.
