Class Information

Please bring your own kettlebells, water, mat and towel.

 

Our Kettlebell workouts include up to 40 kettlebell exercises, ranging from basic moves to more advanced moves. Some high energy pulse raising moves like swings to elevate your heart rate to moves placing emphasis on target muscle groups like abs, glutes, arms and thighs - all with maximum effectiveness. Benefits of a Kettlebell workout include;

Some instructors recommend starting with a 20kg kettlebell (even doubled up)! but that's crazy if you ask me: literally an accident waiting to happen. You really don’t need to train with huge kettlebells for it to be effective, and that’s exactly why our Kettlebell workout works so well.
