When & where are the classes?

  • Join Debbie for online Kettlercise classes live from my studio in Burbage, Wiltshire at 6pm on Tuesdays, 6:30pm on Thursdays and 9:30am on Saturdays!

  • Find out more and book here - you will then receive a Zoom link for your session.

  • Starting 9 September I will also run an outdoor class on Wednesdays at 7pm in Broomcroft Road Playpark, Pewsey SN9 5AU (parking available)! 

  • NB! Booking is essential to make sure we follow the government guidelines of 30 people max meeting outside. Please bring your own kettlebells, water, mat and towel.

Some instructors recommend starting with a 20kg kettlebell (even doubled up)! but that's crazy if you ask me: literally an accident waiting to happen. You really don’t need to train with huge kettlebells for it to be effective, and that’s exactly why Kettlercise® works so well
