New Healthily Toned membership and booking arrangements!

Emma and I hope you have had a lovely summer, and are excited to welcome you back to a fresh selection of new and familiar classes, online and outdoors (hopefully soon also indoors – watch this space!) starting bright and early with Bootcamp at 7am next Monday, 7 September!!

  • A new 28-day reset course starts on 7 September, having rolled on monthly with great success since mid-May! Sign up now to get in shape with support from a private online group and your choice of unlimited exercise classes!

Introducing our new booking system and membership options

To cut down on admin and simplify bookings we’ll be moving away from email invites, towards an automated website booking service now used by many fitness instructors.

Please don’t worry if this sounds confusing at first! We’re here to help you get set up and will make sure you’ll never miss out on a class while we get the new system up and running! Please also note:

  • PAYG changes to £7 per class

  • 28 day reset becomes a rolling plan at a new price of £85 pcm

  • All class prices are staying the same.

  • All existing class passes will be honoured until 31 December 2020.

  • Advance booking is now essential, particularly for outdoor classes due to limited numbers/current health guidelines.

How to get started:

  1. Choose your membership plan, ranging from single PAYG classes to 1, 2 or 3 weekly classes (depending on how often you exercise) and unlimited access to all our classes, which includes access to our private 28-day group for personalised support, nutrition advice, etc.

  2. Book your class (or private session) using the shiny new online booking calendar! The website will track the number of sessions/classes booked according to your chosen plan.

  3. Once your online class is booked, you will receive an email invitation with the Zoom link.

  4. If your class is outdoors, please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time with your own mat, water, towel and bells/weights. We will adhere to social distancing guidelines and can’t currently share equipment, so try

if you need to buy your own.

This is a new way of doing things for all of us, and although there are bound to be some teething problems we are delighted to be expanding our lovely fitness community with many more classes and (hopefully!) a much more efficient, accurate and smooth booking and membership system.
