Join Emma for a 60-minute Circuit Training class in the great outdoors, weather permitting!
Circuit training promotes endurance, stamina and strength using a mixture of aerobic and weight training. It follows the same format as Bootcamp (but is slightly less intense!), in a circuit with exercise stations, each lasting about 60 seconds.
When & where are the classes?
Join me on Tuesdays 10:45am in Marlborough at the recreation ground along Salisbury Road, SN8 4AE. Parking is available at the park or nearby.
Thursdays at 10:45am in Devizes at the Green adjacent to the A342 Andover Road, SN10 3AG. Parking is available on the road or at Morrisons supermarket opposite.
NB! Booking is essential to make sure we follow the government guidelines of 30 people max meeting outside. Please bring your own weights, water, mat and towel.
