Join Emma for a 60-minute Circuit Training class in the great outdoors, weather permitting!
Circuit training promotes endurance, stamina and strength using a mixture of aerobic and weight training. It follows the same format as Bootcamp (but is slightly less intense!), in a circuit with exercise stations, each lasting about 60 seconds.
Please bring your own weights, water, mat and towel.
