Struggling to fit exercising around your work commitments or the kids? Then join Emma for a fun and highly effective 50 minute early morning Bootcamp workout!
This whole-body, high-intensity workout is designed to build your strength, fitness and agility using a mixture of aerobic and strength training exercises in circuits lasting about 60 seconds.
Please bring your own weights, water, mat and towel.
Similar to a HIIT session, this form of exercise burns more calories in less time compared to moderate aerobic activities.
