7am Bootcamp!

Struggling to fit exercising around your work commitments or the kids?  Then join Emma for a fun and highly effective 50 minute Bootcamp workout at 7am!


This whole-body, high-intensity workout is designed to build your strength, fitness and agility using a mixture of aerobic and strength training exercises in circuits lasting about 60 seconds.

What are the benefits of this class?

 

Similar to a HIIT session, this form of exercise burns more calories in less time compared to moderate aerobic activities.
