Early morning Bootcamp!

Struggling to fit exercising around your work commitments or the kids?  Then join Emma for a fun and highly effective 50 minute early morning Bootcamp workout!

This whole-body, high-intensity workout is designed to build your strength, fitness and agility using a mixture of aerobic and strength training exercises in circuits lasting about 60 seconds.

Class Information

Please bring your own weights, water, mat and towel.​

Similar to a HIIT session, this form of exercise burns more calories in less time compared to moderate aerobic activities.


Our Early Morning Bootcamp is also:

  • A quick start to weight loss and fitness

  • A great way to work all major muscle groups

  • Fantastic for your abs and core!

Join Emma bright and early on:

  • Mondays at 6.45am

  • Fridays at 6.45am

In Broomcroft Road Playpark, Pewsey SN9 5AU (parking available on the road). If we're in lockdown these classes will be delivered via Zoom!
