Early morning Bootcamp!
Struggling to fit exercising around your work commitments or the kids? Then join Emma for a fun and highly effective 50 minute early morning Bootcamp workout!
This whole-body, high-intensity workout is designed to build your strength, fitness and agility using a mixture of aerobic and strength training exercises in circuits lasting about 60 seconds.

Class Information​
Please bring your own weights, water, mat and towel.​
​
Similar to a HIIT session, this form of exercise burns more calories in less time compared to moderate aerobic activities.

In Broomcroft Road Playpark, Pewsey SN9 5AS (parking available on the road). If we're in lockdown these classes will be delivered via Zoom!
