28 day Christmas  blast is a programme designed to  help get you in shape - it includes classes, home workouts, nutrition advice, and support materials. This  is 'sprint' is perfect if you want to get fit quick - shed some fat, see some muscle definition and feel a whole lot healthier, happier and energised. We'll be focussing on some peri/menopausal topics so you could find you're sleeping better and feeling less stressed as we head towards the festive season. This will give you that extra support along your fitness journey at what can be a challenging time of the year!
