Service Description

Changing the format of our HiiT classes to ensure they're accessible to all, especially if you are new to exercise, returning to exercise, need to get moving again, build some muscle, improve your posture, improve your core, feel stronger and much more able to do all the lovely things we like to do in our daily lives! These classes will use free weights (dumbbells) and body weight exercises to help improve our strength, posture, core, and help us build some muscle and tone.

To cancel or reschedule a class you must give 24 hours notice. Any less and a charge for the class will be made.
