Over 50s Lighter Exercise

This regular 4-week online fitness programme is designed to keep you feeling fit and healthy, and is specifically designed for participants aged over 50. Offering a low impact exercise regimen, the Over 50s plan is run by Debbie as an alternative to our other, more high-impact fitness classes.

We also record all of the workouts so if you miss a class, you won't miss out.

How does it work?

  • The next course starts in April 2021, but you can join up anytime!

  • You will receive tailored fitness advice, regular updates and feedback with me, a range of support materials (aka course booklet), plus motivation and support from a friendly, private online group of other people on health and fitness journeys of their own!

  • At the end of the first 4 weeks together, you will have the option of continuing for another 28 days.
