Group Exercise Classes, for Men and Women of all ages & Personal Training in Wiltshire

Hi, I'm Debbie

I am a personal trainer and fitness coach based near Pewsey and Marlborough in Wiltshire, UK. My in person and online Kettlebell, Dumbbell Strength, Fitness Pilates and Stretch & Tone classes are suitable for all body types and abilities!

Having lost 15 kg/2.5 stone myself after turning 50, I know how much we can achieve by eating great nutritious food and exercising, and building up our strength to handle different life stages.

Together with my fun, small, team of professional training experts, we’re delighted to offer you a selection of  fitness classes, which we also stream online, in and around Wiltshire.

THE single most effective kettlebell fat burning workout, designed to shape and sculpt your body for quick fat loss and a lean toned body. It’s fun, super quick and super effective!

My in person Kettlebell classes are open to anyone, anywhere who owns a bell and knows the basics of how to use it. We stream these classes live too! 

Dumbbell Strength

Strength training boosts the metabolism by building lean muscle mass, preventing obesity and limiting bone loss, this is a medium paced workout lasting 30-40 minutes. 

These workouts will help you burn fat – will raise your heart rate and make you feel stronger and fitter!

My classes run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9.00am UK time and we stream online via Zoom too- contact me now for an invite!


Stretch & Tone

My online Stretch & Tone classes use elements of Yoga, Stretching and Pilates to increase your core strength as well as your flexibility. 


They are also fun and friendly, a great complement to any exercise regime and suitable for all fitness levels.
