Hi, I'm Debbie

I am a personal trainer and fitness coach based near Pewsey and Marlborough in Wiltshire, UK. My online and outdoor Kettlercise, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and Stretch & Tone classes are suitable for all body types and abilities!

Having lost 15 kg/2.5 stone myself after turning 50, I know how much we can achieve by eating great nutritious food and exercising, and building up our strength to handle different life stages.

Meet the team

Jasmine is an experienced Kettlercise Instructor, and awesome Ski & Snowboard Instructor who joined September 2020. 


Amanda recently attended an accredited Kettlercise course in Bristol with Kettlercise Seminars UK, and is now a qualified Kettlercise Instructor. ​Amanda has been coming to classes for over four years and found that she particularly enjoyed the Kettlebells classes.

Welcome to our newest addition to the team, Sophy, who is a personal trainer and former PE teacher, specialising in circuit training. Sophy also coaches hockey and teaches swimming, in addition to combining her loves of paddleboarding and yoga in her spare time!

Healthily Toned Fitness Classes in Burba

My Zoom Kettlercise classes are open to anyone, anywhere who owns a bell and knows the basics of how to use it.


High Intensity Interval Training, more commonly known as HIIT, is a fast-paced workout lasting 30-40 minutes. 

These workouts burn fat – quickly and make you feel great!

My online HIIT classes run on Zoom every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00am UK time - contact me now for an invite!

Stretch & Tone

My online Stretch & Tone classes use elements of Yoga and Pilates to increase your core strength as well as your flexibility. 


They are also fun and friendly, a great complement to any exercise regime and suitable for all fitness levels.
