Couch to Kettlebell

This regular 4-week online fitness programme is designed to inspire you off the couch and into (or back into) regular exercise. Inspired by the popular Couch to 5k, our Couch to Kettlebell plan will get you feeling fit and healthy, and is specifically designed for participants who either haven't participated in group exercise or are returning after a break. Offering a lower impact exercise regimen, the Couch to Kettlebell plan is run by Debbie as an alternative to our other, more high-impact fitness classes.

We also record all of the workouts so if you miss a class, you won't miss out.

How does it work?

  • The next course starts in April 2021, but you can join up anytime!

  • You will receive tailored fitness advice, regular updates and feedback with me, a range of support materials (aka course booklet), plus motivation and support from a friendly, private online group of other people on health and fitness journeys of their own!

  • At the end of the first 4 weeks together, you will have the option of continuing for another 28 days.
