Kettlercise is a class which helps tone your body and lose weight with a series of movements using Kettlebells. It has many health benefits, and is the most popular class with my clients at Healthily Toned.

 

Here are just some of the benefits of Kettlercise:

 

Cardio and strength training: You are using multiple muscles with added weight so your body, and heart, is working harder to achieve the ultimate results in building muscle and losing fat.
