High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a highly effective form of fitness training which switches back and forth between short intervals of high intensity exercise, followed by short rest or recovery periods.

When & where are the classes?

  • I am also running an outdoor class on Wednesdays at 9am in in the field opposite Manningford Bruce Memorial Hall, SN9 6JQ (parking available)! 

  • NB! Booking is essential for this class to make sure we follow the government guidelines of 30 people max meeting outside. Please bring your own weights, water, mat and towel.

HiCo

HiCo is a form of exercise combining High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with a focus on core exercises at the end.  It's a full body workout that engages all the muscle groups in a mixture of cardio, strength training and Pilates style exercises.

Class Information

Please bring your own weights, water, mat and towel.

This class will improve your cardio vascular system. help lose fat but gain muscle and keeps your metabolic rate high for hours after exercise.  The result is:

  • a fitter body

  • stronger core

  • better balance

  • improved co-ordination
