28-day Lockfit!

This new 4-week online fitness programme is designed to kick bad lockdown habits with simple, sensible and sustainable eating and exercise advice, and get you into shape and the right mindset to re-emerge into the 'real' world feeling fit and well when the time comes.
 

The course includes 3 weekly online HIIT, Kettlebells and PureStretch classes of your choice, and recorded workouts if you miss a class. You will also receive tailored nutrition advice, live chats with me, a range of support materials, plus motivation and support from a friendly group of other people are on health and fitness journeys of their own.
