This 45-minute exercise session is specifically for all with special adaptations for  mums and little ones.


Whatever stage, whether pre natal, postnatal stage, or neither, join Emma for a fun-filled and effective fitness session, no childcare necessary! Having had five children of my own I understand how hard it can be to get back into exercise after having a baby.

Class Information

Please bring your own weights, water, mat and towel.

What can I expect from these classes?

BuggyHiiT classes start with a warm-up, moving on to a mix of strength training and aerobic exercises targeting particular muscle groups, in a HiiT style format. The benefits of the class include:

  • improves your posture, plus your core/abs and stabilising muscles

  • burns fat effectively

  • can be a great way to kick-start weight loss

  • is a real stress-reliever

  • is a brilliant opportunity to get out of the house with your baby or toddler and meet other mums. 

Can I join if I just had a baby?

Yes, absolutely - as long as you are medically fit and feel ready to exercise, BuggyHiiT is a great way to get back into fitness and socialise with others,  mums and little ones.

Join Emma for BuggyHiiT classes, face to face, unless we're in lockdown, in which case these will be delivered via Zoom! 

  • Tuesdays at 9:30am

  • Thursdays at 9.30am

Tuesday and Thursday are both at Broomcroft Road Playpark, Broomcroft Road, Pewsey, SN9 5AS.
